Illuxtron is very interested in the cause of a product failure. By logging and evaluating these causes, we can improve our products. Often, when we disassemble parts, we sort and categorise the raw materials so they can be used again. In order to monitor this procedure and determine whether a complaint is justified, defective fixtures are only credited after they have been received and analysed.
